Privacy Policy (summary)
Nōtare is local-first. Your recordings, transcripts, summaries, and notes are stored on your device;
we do not operate a server that stores your meeting content. Live transcription uses Apple's Speech
Recognition (a system service that may process audio on Apple's servers). Optional, opt-in cloud features
for subscribers send specific data to third parties: cloud AI models send transcript/notes text to Anthropic
or OpenAI, and remote transcription uploads a meeting's audio to OpenAI. We use Sentry for crash and
performance diagnostics and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We do not use advertising identifiers or
track you across other apps. You can delete your data in the app, and "Delete Account" unlinks Sign in with

Terms of Service (summary)
Nōtare is licensed, not sold, for personal and professional use under these Terms and the Apple Media
Services Terms. Optional auto-renewing subscriptions (AI Plus and AI Pro, monthly or annual) unlock cloud
features; pricing and billing period are shown at purchase, subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24
hours before the period ends, and are managed in your App Store account settings. You are responsible for
complying with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction. AI-generated content may contain errors; review
